Customgolfballs.com primarily ships items via UPS. Other carriers we use include FedEx, Canada Post, and USPS. Shipping times will vary on package size and the exact location the item is being delivered to.

Please refer to the shipping estimator during the online checkout process. Our online shipping estimator is only an estimate, and we do not guarantee exact shipping times.

After your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking information. Typical shipping times for orders are approximately 5-7 days in Canada and 7-10 for US orders. Rush service is available if a certain in hands date is required.
