Orders typically take 10 - 21 business days to receive, after artwork has been approved.
We are located in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Being located in central Canada allows us to conveniently ship from coast to coast as efficiently as possible.
No there are no minimums. You can order as little as 1 dozen for all Logo or Personalization golf ball orders. We do offer discounts for larger quantity orders over 12 dozen.
You can upload your logo or photo during the online process. File types accepted include JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF, and AI.
There are three locations you can print on a golf ball, including above the brand logo (north pole), below the brand logo (south pole), and beside the brand logo, 90 degrees from the front of the ball. For single logo prints we default to the side pole, and for double logo’s, we default to north and south poles
Yes, you will receive an email when your order is received, and another email when the order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, we begin processing orders the same day as received. Being a customized product, we are unable to cancel order, refund orders or accept returns.
Shipping is calculated during the checkout process and is dependent on the destination you are shipping to. We primarily use UPS to ship our parcels and we have negotiated volume discounts that get passed onto you, the consumer!
